Product Overview

Our Intelligent GPS with embedded RFID logic picks up information being stored on RFID chips located on packages, materials, inventory and other assets that may be located on a vehicle. The reader receives activity information on each package and then sends the information to the iGPS unit. The unit then transmits the information, including location and time of the activity to our server, in real-time for the customers to view or download. The application can also be applied for trailer tracking.

The system offers the most advanced real-time information of assets in transit with the ability to:

• Directly communicate with active tags
• Monitor and track assets and personnel
• Secure facility and fixed assets such as a shipyard or container tracking
• Provide precise location of active tags with embedded GPS chips
• Communicate wirelessly with RFID readers which allows for a longer in which the tag reads from an RFID reader to a server
• Allows for use of fixed RF reader in trucks, vehicles and other mobile assets
• Receive manifest information, verify manifest information against supplies loaded on the truck, generate instant valid manifest report or manifest discrepancy report without human intervention
• Recognize, monitor and validate tag destination, tagged asset and delivery
• Filter tag information for accurate identification of associated items and goods within a specific supply chain
• Provide real-time security to prevent theft of assets
• Generate alerts when there are violations and discrepancies
• Recognize trailer ID attachment and detachment
• State whether the cargo is mating, authorized, non-mating or illegal haulage using a continuous polling system from the RFID reader
• Monitor entry and exit of cargo
• Continuously monitor assets when multiples accesses are present using our dual logic solution

When used in conjunction with our driver ID technology, employers can identify drivers in a particular vehicle and connect activities of a vehicle such as mileage, number of stops, removal or addition of assets, with a particular driver along with time and location information. The advanced integrated GPS and RFID application can monitor inventory for improved operations, identify drivers, as well as provide location, speed and time information.

Features

 Manifest and Routing: This is an easy to use application was designed for the management of asset tags, delivery trucks, destinations and delivery information. The proprietary system allows ease of information movement with our advanced drag and drop technology. Tag IDs can be uploaded in txt., csv., and dat. formats and simply integrated into an existing ERP system.

 Access Security: The combination of GPS and RFID provides unique access security for cargo in transit. By using identification tags, our intelligent GPS unit and the RFID reader can differentiate between authorized and unauthorized access. The system will provide an immediate high level alert including security service dispatch when there has been unauthorized access to cargo.

 Destination Management: The destination management option within the dock services application allows the setup of cargo/asset destinations in the database based on address, city, state or region. Each asset (tag) destination is monitored by our system. AutoSearchRFID monitors designated delivery destinations and provides instant alerts to the operation center as well as the driver when cargo is being removed at wrong destinations, restricted entry areas, competitors’ facilities or an unauthorized delivery address.

 Asset Locator: The asset locator has a primary search engine that gives you the ability to search for various data and assets in the field. You can search your entire fleet for assets, competition, vehicles, offices or customers. The advanced search engine allows you to select any section on the GTIS map by drawing a shape and then viewing information and assets within the drawn geographical range.

 Cargo Visibility: Full visibility has never been easier for businesses. Users will have the ability to view the location of cargo and assets on the map at any given time by simply clicking on any vehicle in their fleet.

 Tag Manager: Business will have full control over the management of tags with the ability to upload, label, classify and attach tags to specific manifests, bill of lading, destinations, as well as assign shipping and delivery dates.

How it Works

The iGPS is a unique development with embedded RFID in our intelligent GPS device. This innovative technology permits wireless communication between the unit and UHF readers as well as active RFID tags. The iGPS is able to communicate up to 900ft with a clear line of site and up to 300ft without a clear line of site. This device provides powerful results when used in any truck size, yard environment, warehouses and data centers.
