AutoSearchRFID is the world's first integration of GPS and RFID at the hardware level. This is a low cost application which uses our web based software Global Transit ID Service (GTIS) for easy adoption and fast return on investment. Implementation of our Intelligent GPS for "smart supply chain solution" results in advanced management of assets in transit, improved customer service, enhanced competitiveness, reduced costs, while increasing productivity and preventing loss and theft of assets.

RFID combined with GPS at the hardware level not only provides visibility of assets in transit, but has a positive effect on the environment. AutoSearchRFID is helping to reduce gas usage and CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. With more efficient routing and delivery, gas usage and costs are dramatically reduced as well as other pollutants emitted into the atmosphere. Product Overview

AutoSearchRFID is a unique solution that integrates GPS and RFID technologies at the hardware level. This advanced solution enables real-time visibility for all assets (at item level) in transit within the supply chain. It is a low cost application integrated with our GTIS web based software for easy adoption and fast return on investment.

Our intelligent GPS unit, "smart device", embedded with RFID logic is the brain of the solution which provides real- time visibility for all RFID data eliminating the need for human intervention. Integration at the hardware level combines the data from RFID with the intelligent GPS device's real-time location reporting capability which creates an environment for supply chain managers to have full control over the management of goods and assets in transit at all times. Implementation of our real-time visibility "smart supply chain solution" results in advanced inventory management, improved customer service, enhanced market competitiveness, reduced costs, while increasing productivity and preventing loss and theft of assets.

The system offers the most advanced real-time information of assets in transit with the ability to:

• Receive manifest information, verify manifest information against supplies loaded on the truck, generate instant valid manifest report or manifest discrepancy report without human intervention
• Recognize, monitor and validate tag destination, tagged asset and delivery
• Filter tag information for accurate identification of associated items and goods within a specific supply chain
• Provide real-time security to prevent theft of assets
• Generate alerts when there are violations and discrepancies
• Trailer ID: Attachment & Detachment Recognition
• Simple continuously polling system from a RFID reader that states whether the cargo is mating, authorized, non-mating or illegal haulage
• Has dual logic solution that monitors entry and exit of cargo and continuously monitors assets when multiples accesses are present

Used in conjunction with our driver ID technology, employers are able to identify drivers in a particular vehicle and connect activities of the vehicle such as mileage, number of stops, removal or addition of inventory, package and materials with a particular driver with time and location information. The advanced integrated GPS and RFID application can monitor inventory for improved operations, identification of the drivers, as well as providing location, speed and time information.

Features

 Manifest and Routing: This is an easy to use application that allows the management of asset tags, delivery trucks, destinations and delivery information. The proprietary system allows ease of information movement with our advanced drag and drop technology. Tag IDs can be uploaded in txt., csv., and dat. formats and simply integrated into an existing ERP system.

 Access Security: The combination of GPS and RFID provides unique access security to cargo in transit. By using identification tags, our intelligent GPS unit and the RFID reader can determine between both authorized and unauthorized access. The system will provide an immediate high level alert including security service dispatch when there has been unauthorized access to cargo.

 Destination Management: The destination management option within the dock services application allows the setup of cargo/asset destinations in the database based on address, city, state or region. Each asset (tag) destination is monitored by our system. AutoSearchRFID monitors designated delivery destinations and provides instant alerts to the operation center as well as the driver when cargo is being removed at a wrong destination, restricted entry areas, competitor's facilities or an unauthorized delivery address.

 Asset Locator: The asset locator has a primary search engine that gives you the ability to search for various data and assets in the field. You can search your entire fleet for assets, competition, vehicles, offices or customers. The advanced search engine also allows you to select any section on the GTIS map by drawing a shape and then viewing information and assets within the drawn geographical range.

 Cargo Visibility: Full visibility has never been easier for businesses. Users will have the ability to view the location of cargo and assets on the map at any given time by simply clicking on any vehicle in the fleet.

 Tag Manager: Business will have full control over the management of tags with the ability to upload, label, classify and attach tags to specific manifests, bill of lading, destinations, as well as assign shipping and delivery dates.

How it Works

The RFID reader communicates directly with the GPS device on a real time bases with instant data delivery. Integration at the hardware level allows our intelligent GPS device to make business decisions about tag data activity received from the RFID reader. Supply chain managers will have full control over the management of goods and assets in transit at all times.

AutoSearchRFID uses a custom made serial cable connection with proprietary protocols that allow direct communication between the intelligent GPS device and RFID reader that works on trucks or delivery vehicles up to 30ft.
